Board Appointments
Essentially Group Ltd ('Essentially' or 'the Company'), the AIM
listed provider of sports marketing, management and television
production services, is pleased to announce that they have
strengthened their Board through the appointment of Matthew Vandrau
as New Business Director and Tim Berg as Chief Financial Officer.
Matthew Vandrau was formerly Managing Director of Frontiers Group UK
Limited, the Company's largest subsidiary which was acquired in 2007.
Tim Berg is one of the founders of Accounts Eight Limited, the main
subsidiary within the Company's Professional Services division. Mr
Berg is a Chartered Accountant and was formerly a Media Partner at
Baker Tilly.
Dwight Mighty, the current Chief Financial Officer, will become Chief
Operating Officer for the Group which will ensure the continued
growth of the business and integration of any acquisitions. These
changes compliment the existing board and ensure that the Group is
well placed for controlled future growth.
Matthew and Tim will join the board effective as at 1 April 2008 and
Tim will become CFO effective from 1 May 2008.
