MILESTONE APPOINTS GUY VAN ZWANENBERG
AS CHIEF FINANCIAL CONTROLLER
AIM listed Milestone ("Milestone" or the "Company") announces the
strengthening of its management team with the appointment of Guy van
Zwanenberg FCA C.Dir. as chief financial controller ("CFC") working
on a part-time basis.
Guy qualified with Thornton Baker (now Grant Thornton), going on to
work with a number of companies including Inmac UK, the leading
computer accessories supplier. In 1991 Guy established VZ Limited to
provide financial consultancy services to small to medium sized
enterprises. Guy was the Finance Director of GamingKing plc, a
supplier of lottery vending machines to clubs, from 1998 to 2006. In
2008 Guy project managed the reverse takeover by GamingKing plc of
the amusement machine supplier, Orb Holdings Limited, to create the
enlarged gaming services group, Sceptre Leisure plc, where he
continues to serve as a non-executive director and company secretary.
Ian Lodwick has resigned as part-time Finance Director with immediate
effect and his finance role will be covered by Guy van Zwanenberg and
Deborah White until a replacement Finance Director is appointed to
the Board.
Milestone Chairman, John Sanderson, said:

previously worked with Guy at GamingKing I know he is a determined
operator with hands-on experience of growing small media businesses.
One of Guy's first tasks will be to spearhead the Board's review of
strategy including working with the Company's advisers to complete
the review of the existing local TV business now under way. The Board
is determined to explore all avenues to deliver value to shareholders
and I look forward to working with Guy as the Company seeks to
finalise its funding plans and future development strategy.

The Board of Milestone comprises John Sanderson as Non-executive
Chairman and Deborah White as Executive Director combining the roles
of Chief Executive and Finance Director on an interim basis. The
Directors intend to make further appointments to the Milestone Board
in due course.
