CANCELLATION OF SHARE PREMIUM ACCOUNT

The Company announces that on the High Court of Justice has consented
to the cancellation of its Share Premium Account, which was approved
by shareholders at a general meeting on 14 April 2009 and
subsequently registered by Companies House on 6 May 2009.
Cancellation of the £162.0 million in the Share Premium Account has
enabled the Company to eliminate the accumulated deficit on its
profit and loss account.
An announcement of the interim results for the six months ended 31
March 2009 will be made on Thursday 21 May 2009.
