listing of 4,000,000 Helphire ordinary shares of 5p each fully paid
("Ordinary Shares") to be admitted to the Official List of the UK
Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange upon
issue.
This block listing is in respect of the Helphire Group plc Executive
Incentive Scheme 2009.
The shares shall rank pari passu with the existing issued Ordinary
