Novae Group plc ("the Company")
Director / PDMR shareholding
The Company was notified on 3 June 2009 that the beneficial interests
of three of the executive directors of Novae Group plc ("the
Company") in the Company's £1.00 Ordinary shares had increased as set
out in the table below. The increases result from the SIPP
administrator's putting into effect the directors' standing
instruction to purchase the Company's Ordinary shares with SIPP cash
balances arising from tax recoveries and accumulated dividends, which
transactions were effected at a price of £3.7111 per share on 29 May
2009.

In addition, the Company was notified on 3 June 2009 that 3,666
Ordinary shares of £1 each were also purchased by the SIPP
administrator on behalf of JR Adams at a price of £3.7111 per share
on 29 May 2009. On 3 June 2009 3,666 Ordinary shares of £1 each were
sold on behalf of JR Adams at a price of £3.685. JR Adams' beneficial
interest in shares therefore remains at 587,994 Ordinary shares of £1
each, representing 0.803% of the issued ordinary share capital.
As at 4 June 2009 the Company had 73,221,346 Ordinary shares of £1
each in issue.
