AOF was informed on 10 June 2009 by Tudor BVI Global Portfolio L.P.
("Tudor") that: (i) Tudor holds, through its nominee, LBPB Nominees
Limited, 13,750,229 ordinary shares of USD 0.01 each in the Company,
and (ii) as a result of the tender offer (as announced on 4 February
2009), Tudor's holding referred to in clause (i)
represents approximately 32.25% of the issued share capital of the
Company.
