Announcement of the 1st quarter 2011 interim results
The Acta Group will announce its 1st quarter 2011 interim results on Wednesday
11th of May 2011 at 08:30 (Oslo time). Acta`s management would like to invite
shareholders, analysts, brokers and financial press to the presentation, which
will be hosted by CEO Geir Inge Solberg. It takes place at Felix
Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, Vika, Oslo, Norway. The presentation is open
to everyone.
The presentation will be held in Norwegian and can also be seen live or on
demand via internet. Please use the link provided on Acta`s Investor Relations
internet pages www.acta.no/ir-en. The link will be available shortly before the
presentation.
Starting 14:00 (Oslo time), a conference call will be held in English by CEO
Geir Inge Solberg. The conference call will consist of a summary of the 1st
quarter presentation followed by a Q&A session.
