Tele2 AB : Change in the number of shares

Stockholm - Tele2 AB (Tele2), (NASDAQ OMX Stockholm: TEL2 A and TEL2 B) today announced that as of 30 November 2011 the number of shares in Tele2 AB amounts to 448,783,339 shares of which are 20,990,050 Class A shares, with ten votes each, and 423,234,289 Class B shares and 4,559,000 Class C shares with one vote each. The total number of votes in the company amounts to 637,693,789. In November the number of shares in the company has increased with 1,700,000 shares and the number of votes in the company has increased with 1,700,000 votes. The reason for the increase in shares and votes is an issue of Class C shares.
