Ordina finalises refinancing

New shares from rights issue and private placement issued today, senior financing facility closed Nieuwegein, 22 December 2011 Ordina N.V. announces that the issue, payment and delivery of the 20,587,749 Offer Shares from the rights issue and the total of 16,552,036 shares from the Remaining Offer Shares and the private placement with Project Holland Fonds, has taken place today. This concludes the share issues which were announced on 7 October 2011. With the issue, payment and delivery of the new ordinary shares and the use of the net proceeds for the repayment in full of the EUR 120 million senior financing facility from 2009, Ordina meets all requirements and definitively attracts the senior financing facility of in total EUR 55 million announced on 10 November 2011 and 1 December 2011. The senior financing facility is fully committed by ABN AMRO, ING and NIBC. These requirements and conditions remain unchanged in the final financing documents. The new senior financing facility replaces the preceding committed facility of EUR 120 million. Furthermore, the proceeds of the refinancing will be used for the early repayment in full of the EUR 27.5 million junior facility.
