Re: Results of Extraordinary General Meeting (the "EGM")
The directors of the Company wish to announce that following the EGM held on 23
December 2011, the Shareholders of the Fund have unanimously passed the
resolution as detailed in the circular dated 2 December 2011 to amalgamate the
Fund, on 31 January 2012, with Merrill Lynch Investment Solutions - Marshall
Wace TOPS UCITS Fund (Market Neutral), a sub-fund of Merrill Lynch Investment
Solutions.
