KONE will supply People Flow to Kutuzovsky Business Center in Moscow

29 december 2011 KONE Corporation, press release, December 29, 2011 KONE has won an order to supply 40 elevators and four escalators and supportive innovative solutions to the Kutuzovsky Business Center in Moscow, Russia. The mixed use building will house a shopping center, restaurants and a sports center on the lower two levels. The top 15 floors are reserved for residential and office use. The business center will also have an additional five underground floors for parking. To meet the complex People Flow(TM) requirements of the business center, KONE created a holistic solution. The order includes 28 KONE MiniSpace(TM) and 12 KONE MonoSpace® elevators as well as four KONE TravelMaster(TM) escalators. Working together with the elevators is the KONE Polaris(TM) hybrid destination control system which will reduce waiting times for the office workers. There will also be 36 premium KONE Infoscreen displays installed to inform or entertain, and guide elevator passengers for smoother flow in the building. The KONE E-link traffic monitoring system will ensure a high service level of the elevators for all the visitors and residents of the building.
