SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA : (SRBANK) - Approval of prospectuses in connection with application for listing of loans on Oslo Børs
On 27 September 2012, SpareBank 1 SR-Bank ASA has received approval from the
Financial Supervisory Authority of Norway of prospectuses in connection with the
listing of:
FRN SpareBank 1 SR-Bank perpetual bond 2011 with an issuer's call as ISIN
NO001062852.2 and a value of NOK 1,000,000,000 and
FRN SpareBank 1 SR-Bank subordinated bond loan 2011-2021 with an issuer's call
as ISIN NO001062853.0 and a value of NOK 750,000,000
The bond agreements were signed on 17 November 2011 and 29 November 2011
respectively. The application for listing has been submitted to Oslo Børs.
The prospectuses are publicly available at www.sr-bank.no/ir or in print at the
issuer's address.
