Northern Logistic Property ASA : Notice of extraordinary general meeting in Northern Logistic Property ASA

Oslo 31 January 2013 Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 23 January 2013 regarding the board's approval of the merger plan between Northern Logistic Property ASA (the "Company" or "NLP") and Tribona AB (publ). An extraordinary general meeting will be held in the Company on 26 February 2013 at 10.00 hours at Felix Konferansesenter, Bryggetorget 3, 0125 Oslo, Norway. The purpose of the extraordinary general meeting is to approve the merger plan and change the Company name to Tribona ASA. If the merger plan is approved and all conditions for completion of the merger as set out in the merger plan are fulfilled, the Company's shares will be delisted from the Oslo Stock Exchange.  The Company's shareholders will receive shares in Tribona AB (publ) in exchange for their NLP shares.
