Sobi's additional issuance of SEK 200 million under current bond loan fully subscribed

As previously communicated, the Board of Directors of Swedish Orphan Biovitrum AB (Sobi) has decided to issue additional amounts the current bond loan with a loan frame of SEK 1 billion. The issuance of SEK 200 million in nominal amount is now fully subscribed. Nordea Bank is acting as financial advisor to Sobi and Sole Bookrunner in conjunction with the issuance.
