Caisse Française de Financement Local decided to issue, on 21 April 2016 - EUR 150,000,000 - 1.250 per cent. Obligations Foncières due 22 January 2035 to be assimilated upon listing, and form a single series with the existing EUR 500,000,000 issued on 22 January 2015, the existing EUR 150,000,000 issued on 13 May 2015 and the existing 350,000,000 issued on 11 march 2016.
