The preliminary notice comprising the agenda and the draft resolutions was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n° 30 on 9 March 2016. The final version of the resolutions to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting are available in the convening notice which was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n° 42 on 6 April 2016.
