Acron Buys Back EDB's Interest in Talitsky Potash Project

Acron exercised a call option and bought back 9.1% of shares held by Eurasian Development Bank in Talitsky potash project. After the transaction, Acron Group's interest in Verkhnekamsk Potash Company reached 60.1% shares.
