Approval of 2015 Financial Statements
At the Ordinary and Extraordinary General Meeting held today, the shareholders approved the statutory and consolidated financial statements for 2015.
Dividend
The Shareholders' General Meeting approved the allocation of the Company's 2015 earnings and the distribution of a €0.52 dividend per share. This dividend will be paid out as from July 7, 2016.
Other resolutions
The other resolutions adopted by the Shareholders' General Meeting regard in particular:

The renewal of the terms of office as members of the Supervisory Board of Mr. Bernard-André Deconinck and Eric Deconinck.

The ratification of the cooptation of Ms. Guylaine Saucier as independent member of the Supervisory Board.
A favorable opinion was expressed by the Shareholders' General Meeting on the compensation items of the members of the Management Board (« Say on pay »).
