Hamilton, Bermuda, 26 January 2017 - Reference is made to Höegh LNG Holdings Ltd.'s ("Höegh LNG" or the "Company") stock exchange notice dated 5 January 2017 where the Company informed about the share issue following the settlement of Round 1 of the Management Stock Option Plan which expired 31 December 2016.
Reference is further made to the stock exchange notice dated 25 January 2017 where the Company informed of sale of shares by primary insiders in order to settle applicable taxes in connection with the award of options and for other purposes.
