Voorstel van vriendschappelijk overnamebod van Realdolmen door Gfi Informatique

Huidig persbericht wordt bekendgemaakt overeenkomstig artikel 8, §1 van het Belgisch koninklijk besluit van 27 april 2007 op de openbare overnamebiedingen.

Gfi Informatique versnelt haar internationale ontwikkeling door haar activiteiten in België en Luxemburg te versterken.

Saint-Ouen (Frankrijk) en Huizingen (België), 23 februari 2018 - Gfi Informatique, een belangrijke speler in digitale oplossingen en diensten, en Realdolmen, een toonaangevende IT dienstverlener in België en Luxemburg, kondigen vandaag de ondertekening van een transactieovereenkomst aan.  Op grond van deze overeenkomst, zal Gfi Informatique in de loop van de volgende dagen bij de Belgische Autoriteit voor Financiële Diensten en Markten (FSMA) een vrijwillig en voorwaardelijk overnamebod in cash indienen, met betrekking tot de aandelen van Realdolmen aan een prijs van €37.00 per aandeel.

Le présent communiqué de presse est publié en application de l'article 8 §1de l'Arrêté Royal belge du 27 avril 2007 relatif aux offres publiques d'acquisition.

Gfi Informatique accélère son développement à l'international en renforçant ses activités en Belgique et au Luxembourg.
