Auction Floor, Inc. Announces Integration Partners

SCOTTSDALE, AZ -- (MARKET WIRE) -- May 24, 2007 -- Auction Floor, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: AFLR) (FRANKFURT: ZUI) (the "Company") announced today new integration partnerships with AuctionRPM and Auction Flex. Integration between the Company's live online auction software and the desktop clerking and cataloging systems provided by AuctionRPM and Auction Flex will enable auctioneers to seamlessly synchronize auction event information, including: auction lot and item information, auction photographs, bidder information, and bidding results between their internal clerking systems and the Company's online auction results database. "Auction Floor is a serious competitor for solving the complexities of live online auction broadcasting for the auctioneer. Auction Flex and Auction Floor are working together to ensure seamless integration for our mutual customers," affirmed Brandon Harker of Sebae Data Solutions, Inc., the creators of Auction Flex. Dan Zumwalt, founder and co-owner of Symmetric Software, the makers of AuctionRPM, said, "Integration of various software products such as AuctionRPM with Auction Floor has always been a good idea for the buyer market. By stimulating competition amongst the various purveyors of goods on the internet, the public can only benefit in terms of selection, pricing and quality. We at AuctionRPM remain committed to just such a free market philosophy." The Company's auction event calendar will also syndicate auction information to and from the international auction event database provided by AuctionServices.com. The AuctionServices.com event database is the most widely used of its kind and syndicates the auctions of over 16,000 auctioneers including members of the National Auctioneers Association and over twenty state auctioneer associations. Through its web site, www.auctionfloor.com, the Company attracts more bidders using special tools similar to those of timed auctions at eBay. With its distinctive "Bid Now" button, bidders can participate in the real-time progression of prices as if they were on the auction floor.
