At the Annual General Meeting held in Zug on June 19, 2007, the
shareholders of Private Equity Holding AG approved all proposals of
the Board of Directors with an overwhelming majority. The Members of

Tanner, Horgen and Stuart D. Frankel, Baltimore/USA were re-elected
