Otter Lake Acquires Major Mineral Properties in Colorado with a Total
of 238 Claims
San Diego, California, June 22, 2007 - Otter Lake Resources Inc.
(PINKSHEETS: OTLK) is pleased to announce the acquisition of 238
mineral claims adjacent to the Baboon Basin area of Montrose County,
Colorado. These new properties are all located in areas surrounding
the Baboon Basin area, which has significant existing uranium-
vanadium ore reserves. This acquisition expands Otter Lake's
property
ownership and gives the Company the ability to aggressively increase
its resource base.
According to Martin Ermer, President of Otter Lake Resources, "We
are
very excited about this latest acquisition. Approximately 175 test
drill holes have been drilled in the Baboon Basin area, and Thamm,
Mickle and Co., a geologic research company located in Grand
Junction, Colorado, concluded that positive, indicated, and inferred
geologic ore reserves are present in as many as 6 separate zones
within the ore body. Since our properties are adjacent to the
Baboon
Basin, we fully expect to see similar results from our properties."
