Hat Pin plc announces that it has applied for the Admission to AIM
("Admission") of 20,000 new ordinary shares of 2.5 pence each in the
capital of the Company, which are being issued pursuant to the
exercise of options to subscribe for new ordinary shares at £0.60 per
share.
The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the
Company's existing ordinary shares. It is expected that Admission of
the new ordinary shares will become effective on or around 7 August
2007.
