RODAMCO EUROPE N.V. PROPOSES 2007 DIVIDEND OF ¤3.05 / SHARE
Schiphol, 8 April 2008 - Rodamco Europe N.V. will propose to the
Annual General Shareholders Meeting, to be held on June 17, 2008, a
cash dividend over 2007 of ¤ 3.05 per share (2006: ¤ 3.71). As no
interim dividend was paid over 2007, the full amount will be made
payable on June 24, 2008.
The dividend payment is within the dividend pay-out policy of 85%-95%
of the direct result per share.
