NOTIFICATION OF DIRECTOR'S INTEREST
Discovery Metals Limited advises that Gordon Galt has transferred
200,000 shares previously issued to him directly into the Galt Super
Fund. His relevant interests in securities held in the Company are
as follows:
400,000 fully paid ordinary shares held indirectly;
1,000,000 options exercisable at 30 cents each, expiring 1 May 2010;
and
800,000 options exercisable at 35 cents each, expiring 1 May 2010
