CFO Tom Wrensted has accepted a new job as CFO of GEA Process Engineering and will leave Hartmann no later than 30 April 2010
Tom Wrensted has announced that he will resign from his position as Chief
Financial Officer (CFO) and member of the Executive Board of Brødrene Hartmann
A/S to take up a position as CFO with GEA Process Engineering in Søborg,
Denmark.
Tom Wrensted will continue in his present position during a transition period
and will leave the group no later than 30 April 2010.
The Board of Directors and the Executive Board would like to thank Tom Wrensted
for his great and succesful efforts and wish him the best of luck with the new
challenges in his new position.
The search for a replacement for Tom Wrensted will begin immediately.
