Octopus Eclipse VCT 3 plc announces that on 8 January 2010 the Company purchased
for cancellation 24,065 Ordinary Shares of 10p each at a price of 56.5p per
share.
The issued share capital and total voting rights of the Company is now
28,202,211 Ordinary Shares.
