Veidekke Entreprenør's district office in Follo/Indre Østfold has entered into
agreements for new building contracts with a value of NOK 230 million excluding
VAT. The largest contract is with Strandliveien AS and is for the construction
of 106 apartments at Kolbotn in Oppegård municipality outside Oslo.
The apartment project at Kolbotn consists of five buildings, each five storeys
in height in addition to a basement garage. The total gross floorage will be
approx 15,000 m(2) (10,300 m(2) gross area). The architect is Petter Bogen
Arkitektkontor AS. The contract has a value of NOK 194 million excluding VAT and
is a turnkey project. The builder Strandliveien AS is a company where Malthe
Winje Eiendom AS and Veidekke Eiendom AS each own a 50% share. Building
commences in the first quarter of 2010 and is to be completed in the autumn of
2011. 55 of the 106 apartments have already been sold.
Øståsen Son is a residential project with ten apartments in two buildings. Six
flats have already been sold. The gross area is 606 m(2). The principal is
Veidekke Bolig AS and the contract has a value of NOK 8.7 million excluding VAT.
Construction commences in February and is to be completed in October 2010.
Norwegian Outlet at Vestby has entered into an agreement for an additional
building that is to contain three stores with a total gross area of 3,000 m(2).
The principal is Big Box Vestby AS, and the contract is worth NOK 16.7 million
excluding VAT. Building commences in February and is to be completed in June
2010.
Skogveien 22-28 at Ås is two residential structures with a total of 28
apartments which are to be refurbished. The principal is Studentsamskipnaden på
Ås (SiÅs), and the contract is worth NOK 9 million excluding VAT. Building
commences in January and is to be completed in October 2010.
