Issue of Equity
The Directors of Octopus VCT plc are pleased to announce an allotment on 18
January 2010 of 519,988 Ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a
price of 100 pence per share pursuant to the Offer that opened on 17 September
2009.
Application for the Ordinary Shares to be admitted to the Official List of the
UK Listing Authority and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's market for
listed securities will be made shortly and dealings are expected to commence on
20 January 2010.
The Offer is expected to remain open until 5.00 p.m. on 30 April 2010 unless
previously extended or fully subscribed earlier.
