(2010-02-04) Kitron ASA held its ordinary general meeting on 4 February
2010. 97,503,777 shares amounting to 56.37 per cent of the share capital were
represented in the meeting.
All proposals were resolved as presented in the notice issued on 14 January
2010.

manufacturing of electronics for the Data/Telecom, Defence/Offshore, Medical
