USG People to appoint female CFO on Executive Board
Leen Geirnaerdt new CFO of USG People
Almere - 18 October 2010 - The Supervisory Board wishes to announce the proposed
appointment of Leen Geirnaerdt as the company's CFO with effect from 1 November
2010.
After studying Applied Economics in Antwerp Leen Geirnaerdt (1974) started her
career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and has worked at Solvus Resource Group (which
was integrated into USG People in 2005) since 2002. She has fulfilled various
financial and general management positions at USG People Belgium, including
Corporate Controller, Financial Director of Specialist Staffing and Financial
Director of SSC Belgium. Since September 2008 she has fulfilled the role of
General Manager of the Shared Service Center in Belgium.
Cees Veerman, chairman of the Supervisory Board: "We are pleased that Leen
Geirnaerdt has accepted the position of CFO and will be strengthening the
Executive Board with her knowledge and skills. She is an excellent fit within

Leen Geirnaerdt will be officially appointed as CFO once shareholders have been
formally informed at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
(EGM). Hans Coffeng, Eric de Jong and Albert Jan Jongsma will also be formally
