2011, Ageas reports the purchase of 11,197,992 Ageas shares on NYSE Euronext

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 24 August 2011, Ageas has
bought back 80,409,700 shares for a total amount of EUR 103,277,876. This
corresponds to 3.0651% of the total shares outstanding.
