CANCELLATION OF ALMA MEDIA CORPORATION 2009 STOCK OPTIONS
Alma Media Corporation has cancelled a total of 115.000 stock options 2009 A, a
total of 175.000 stock options 2009 B and a total of 130.000 stock options 2009
C held by Karenstock Oy, a fully-owned subsidiary of Alma Media Corporation.
Altogether a total of 420.000 stock options 2009 have been cancelled. After the
cancellation, the remaining 1.710.000 stock options 2009 entitle holders to
subscribe for 1.710.000 Alma Media Corporation shares.
The change will be registered in the Finnish Trade Register on or about October
17, 2012.
