Prosafe SE: Buy-back in connection with the new bond issue
Reference is made to the press releases dated 4 January 2013 regarding the new
bond issue in Prosafe SE.
In connection with the bond issue, Prosafe SE has bought back NOK 156 million in
PRS06 PRO with ISIN NO 001054247.5 with maturity 14 October 2013 at 102.25.
Prosafe is the world's leading owner and operator of semi-submersible
accommodation/service rigs. Operating profit reached USD 192.3 million in 2011.
