In Antwerpen heeft openbare vastgoedbevak Intervest Retail twee mooie
verhuringen gerealiseerd in enkele referentiepanden in haar portefeuille, goed
voor een gemiddelde huurstijging van circa 5 %. Het betreft in beide gevallen
handelshuurovereenkomsten afgesloten voor een periode van 9 jaar.
