(REJL B)
Rejlers implements an organizational change in Sweden from March 1st 2013. The
main purpose of the change is to increase the cooperation within and between
Rejlers operations in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region.
"The new organization is expected to result in closer cooperation between
employees at different locations in Sweden. This will enable us to better meet
our customers 'and employees' future needs. The change also facilitates
cooperation across borders and helps us to further build a strong Rejlers in our
markets in the Nordic and Baltic Sea region", says Eva Nygren, President and CEO
of Rejlers.
The change in brief:
* Rejlers introduces a line organization in Sweden with seven division
managers who will be in charge of profit, budget and employees. The previous
matrix organization with site managers and business managers disappears. At
the same time new roles will be introduced in Sweden in the form of four
regional managers and office managers across the country.
* Rejlers Energitjänster becomes a subsidiary of Rejlers' business in Sweden.
