13 februari 2013 The Nomination Committee for East Capital Explorer has decided to propose to the Annual General Meeting 2013 that the Board comprise five members and proposes that Paul Bergqvist, Lars O Grönstedt, Louise Hedberg, Karine Hirn and Alexander V. Ikonnikov are re-elected to the Board. Lars Emilson has declined re-election due to health reasons. The Nomination Committee intends to initiate a search for a successor to Lars well in time before the AGM 2014. In addition, it is proposed that Paul Bergqvist be re-appointed as Chairman of the Board. The Nomination Committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice to the Annual General Meeting.
