("Company"), in accordance to the Instruction no. 358, 3 January 2002, as amended, of Comissão de Valores Mobiliários ("CVM", Brazilian Securities Commission), informs the market in general that it filed on this date at the CVM the request for registration of the primary and secondary public offering of common stock issued by the Company ("the Shares") to be carried out by the Company and certain shareholders in Brazil, on the non-organized over- the-counter market, pursuant to CVM Instruction 400, dated 29 December 2003, as amended, with efforts to be made to place the Shares abroad ("Offering"), following the resolution adopted at the Company's Shareholders Meeting of 22 July 2013, whose contents were disclosed on 22 July 2013.
