The section entitled "Dividends on common shares", should have read as follows: "A quarterly dividend of $0.025 Cdn per share on Class A Shares (Multiple Voting) and of $0.025 Cdn per share on Class B Shares (Subordinate Voting) is payable on March 31, 2014 to the shareholders of record at the close of business on March 14, 2014.
