Regulated information - Ageas announces resignation of Board Director Davina Bruckner

Ageas announces that Davina Bruckner has decided to step down as a Director of ageas SA/NV with effect from the 16th April 2016 for personal reasons.

Mrs Bruckner was appointed as Non-Executive Director on 30 April 2014 succeeding her late father Ronny Bruckner who was a Director from 2011-2014. She was also a Member of the Audit Committee.

Announcing her resignation Jozef De Mey, Chairman of ageas SA/NV said: "Davina has been a valued member of our Board and we are grateful for the contribution Davina has made over the past two years. We wish her well in the future."
