Disclosure of large shareholdings - proxies received in connection with AGM
Knut Flakk, chairman of the board of Hexagon Composites ASA ("HEX") has received proxies without voting instructions to vote for 8,910,184 shares at the annual general meeting of 20 April 2016 (the "AGM"). Mr Flakk and close associates hold 36,095,717 shares in HEX (corresponding to 21.66% of the total number of shares in HEX). Together with the proxies received, Mr Flakk will control 45,005,901 votes, equal to approx. 27% of the total votes, at the AGM. The proxies received are only valid for the AGM and lapse thereafter.
