This announcement has been re-released to correct the ex-dividend and record dates from 21 April 2016 and 22 April 2016, to 28 April 2016 and 29 April 2016, respectively. Other than these corrections, this re-released announcement is the same as the previous announcement released on 20 April 2016.
M&G High Income Investment Trust P.L.C. announces that at a meeting of the Board of Directors held today, it was resolved to declare a third interim dividend of 1.70p, an increase of 6.25% (2015: 1.60p) per Income Share, in respect of the nine months period ended 29 February 2016. The dividend will be paid on 25 May 2016 to Income Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 29 April 2016. The ex-dividend date will be 28 April 2016.
The dividend will also be payable to holders of Income & Growth Units and Package Units.
