Esperite N.V. announces that it has convened its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders ("AGM") to be held on Thursday 9 June 2016 at 14:00 hours CET at Hotel NH Amsterdam Barbizon Palace, Prins Hendrikkade, 59-72, 1012 AD, Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
At the AGM, the Company's Executive Director and CEO Mr. Frederic Amar will inter alia discuss the Company's performance and achievements over 2015 and its plans for 2016.
