Regulated information - Ageas publishes its 2016 reports

Ageas has today released a set of 2016 reports consisting of four separate publications:

• the Annual Report 2016 including the Report of the Board of Directors, the Ageas Consolidated Financial Statements and the Summarised ageas SA/NV Company Financial Statements;
  
  
• the Business Report 2016 providing an overview of Ageas's businesses around the world, a snapshot of its accomplishments in 2016, alongside its future ambitions.
   
• the 2016 Embedded Value Report including the independent auditor's report;
  
  
• the 2016 Statutory Accounts of ageas SA/NV

These publications are accessible through the Ageas website on a section dedicated to the 2016 performance: reporting2016.ageas.com .

The 2016 annual results were published on 15 February 2017. Publication of the first quarter 2017 results is scheduled for 10 May 2017.
